1. Acceptance of Terms. By accessing or using DIT Inventory SaaS, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service.
2. Service License. Subscriptions grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your business operations during the paid term. Lifetime licenses apply to the purchased major version.
3. Payments & Renewals. Fees are billed per the selected plan. Access may be suspended automatically when a subscription lapses. Renewal restores access without data loss.
4. Data Ownership. Your business data remains yours. We maintain backups as a courtesy but recommend you also export critical records regularly.
5. Acceptable Use. You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, or use the platform for unlawful activity. Violation may result in immediate termination.
6. Limitation of Liability. The service is provided "as is." Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
